Adolescent Mental Health Care at Imagine Spokane
Imagine Spokane provides compassionate, comprehensive mental health care for adolescents through our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). As a Joint Commission-accredited facility, we offer a safe, supportive environment where young individuals can benefit from evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems Therapy, all delivered by a diverse and LGBTQIA+ affirming team.
Our services include experiential therapies such as art, animal-assisted, and recreational therapy, all led by certified professionals. The facility features calming sensory spaces, comfortable dining areas, and naturally lit group rooms equipped with advanced technology. Adolescents receive individual, group, and family therapy, tailored neurodivergent services, trauma-informed care, onsite nursing, and access to a modern classroom with special education support.
